Janet has worked in the event planning industry for over 13 years while the last five have been with Val Vista Lakes. Her main focus is to provide personalized service to each client by offering prompt answers and effective solutions to any question or situation that is presented. She offers this service by assisting clients in the planning of their event from start to finish. Whether it’s conducting a personal tour, performing a contract meeting, directing a rehearsal or helping to guide the bride down the aisle, Janet will see your event through every step of the way!





Laura O’Connell
Assistant Banquet Manager

Laura has worked in many capacities over her six year tenure at Val Vista Lakes. Her dedication, commitment and drive did not go unnoticed and she was promoted to the banquet department three years ago. Laura performs many of the same job duties as Janet but works part-time by closely working with events happening on Sunday and Monday’s. Given the combination of Janet and Laura schedules, a client’s questions can be quickly responded to seven days a week.
