Summer Rate Discount:
Rentals that occur during the summer season (June 1st thru August 31st) will receive 25% off the rental of the Banquet Room or Combined Package (discount exlcudes amenities). With this discount the Banquet Room rate would be $1,305 (Sunday-Thursday) and $3,240 (Friday-Saturday). The Combined Package rate would drop to $1,935 (Sunday-Thursday) and $4,185 (Friday-Saturday).
- Required Security/Damage Deposit of $700 is due at time of signing contract
- Exclusive use of the Banquet Room from 10am to 10pm Sunday-Thursday and 10am to midnight on a Friday & Saturday
- All outside amentities require banquet room rental
- Banquet Room may be reserved twenty four (24) months in advance
- Rates subject to change without notice
