A great catering company or floral company will know all the other details to fill in and how everything is suppose to be setup the day of the wedding. you should not have to be your own caterer or florist. You need to focus on you.

On your big day, you will have enough nerves driving you crazy, that you do not need any more stress to add to it. You will need to be focusing on you, and getting ready, and doing photos, that will already be keeping you busy. Try eliminating wedding day stress by choosing someone you trust, as your point of contact. If something comes up they can be the one to make last minute decisions if there needs to be any changes or if there are any misunderstanding.
